Low barely audible

Hi all, I have a Jamo sub that isn't working 100%. It plays but produces very low sound. Anyone know where I can take it to for repairs preferably in Jhb north areas as I am based in Midrand?

Update: Just got my FS150 speakers today and they sound awesome. I want to thank Dreamerm6 for being professional, I cannot stress this as much as it deserves but you really need to hear them to appreciate them. Had my brother (Sceptical as he was) over for set up and in no time was converted...
