My car can reach the rev limiter in 1st , 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear.
Limiter cuts in at 7100 RPM and the car is geared for 35 KM/1000 RPM in top gear.
Therefore my car can be rated as having a top speed of 248.5 km/h.
Would the top speed claim be considered honest or not?
