So let's talk about them oldies!
I have AKG K1000 ... late (bass light) model. Still the absolute reference for transparency, detail retrieval and soundstaging (betters HD800 on all those counts).
Also a pair of Technics EAH-820 1970's planar dynamics ... sadly non working at present but hope a quick visit to Ludo will sort them out.
Also very early HD600 in pristine condition save for collapsed headband pad. Imagine these lived on a headphone stand for many years seeing very light use if any.
And then I had a pair of Sennheiser HD540 Reference II's sadly sold to Baerenzo. Would gladly buy them back in case you are reading this
