Trivia Question of the day - What is the longest word one can type in one line on a qwerty keyboard? No prizes, just some fun... (No Googling)!
Here is a clue
Been doing some research and was wondering if anyone can say which is the better brands, model etc to concentrate on.
All indications are that the Royal 10 with glass sides is by far the most "popular" typewriter and after watching this video it does remind me of the Garrard 301 of typewriters, although they never made that in gloss black. To prove the build quality a few of these were thrown out of a plane and still worked. :facepalm:

Are there any of these available at all locally and if so how much should I look at paying. I see some of them sitting on Ebay at around R8k , surely that cannot be right.
