I have purchased Universal remotes from New World, Menlyn in the past.

I went to the Post Office to track the package. They were very helpful but said the package has not been received in South Africa. From the tracking it appears that DHL have sent it to South America instead of South Africa... Do anyone have experience in claiming your money back from Ebay...

I do not understand how DHL is prepared to add their name to a service and then delegate it to the South African Post Office. I will not trust them again.

Yes, I have used this on. status is "on route"

I do have the original tracking number. Using the number to look up via the Post Office tracking site only state that the status is "On Route"
