Yes, i do know the core of Atmos is True HD, it defaults to True HD on non Atmos receivers/processors I think DTS is more manipulative in terms versus Dolby (ie adding more simulated channels), processing on DTS had lots more variations

Why the need to know... If the native content is available, then i need to get a processor that caters for it? Am i missing out? But if its not, then i wont bother buying into it.. If its 7.1.4 or 11.1 that gets manipulated with software to fill 22 channels then i wont be interested. Like...
