Today I measured two of my favorite 300B tubes and was very surprised at the results - I really like the Shuguang WE300B (First Image and about $400 when you could still get them) - it reminds me of the Western Electric - I was expecting it to test a lot better than it did - below compared to a Takasuki - both brand new - my Western Electrics have many miles on so didn't want to throw them in the mix. The sweet and the short once more good test results and price does not necessarily equal best to the individual's ear.
