Hey guys and girls
I know that the SL1200 is by no means a Audiophile quality table BUT they are tanks this much I know, the question is are the worth their current prices.
I was offered a very neat SL1200 MK2 on the absolute upper end of the price range for an SL but is very very neat and comes complete with the original BOX (suggests to me its been looked after) and only because of the apparent care this one has seen is the reason i am thinking about this unit.
"Original Technics 1200 headshell, dust cover, 45 adaptor, manual and box included. Stanton cartridge advertised is for demo purposes only and is not included in the price"
I want it more for Nostalgia from the club scene in the 80/90 and not to be the best TT in my house but it will also become the Main TT for me for now
your thoughts on them please are they worth it at all or am I wasting bucks here
