I ordered a small package from Germany via ebay. On ebay it was stated that DHL will handle shipping, it is a small package and the amount seemed reasonable for shipping. However, the package never arrived and when I phoned DHL they said that even though it is DHL, DHL Germany send such items to the Post Office, and it has nothing to do with DHL
I tried the Post Office Call Centre three times so far and I suspect the call center is not even manned.
Has anyone managed to get a package out of the Post Office recently and can give me advice on how to get hold of my package? I am based in Pretoria East (Lynnwood area).
I can get my money back via eBay customer protection, but I still require the item so will prefer locating the original item.
