Hello people, I'm currently in the process of moving into my new house and for my entertainment room I'm a bit puzzled with which speaker I want to buy gonna be running them on a mcintosh ma-9000 intergrated amplifier which should be here in about a week's time , I haven't heard either however...

Why not just buy the headphone jack to rca conversion cable and play around with the phones eq for sound quality. I have that cable running on my Sony amp powering my technics sbl-80 speakers works fine however volume is a bit low but an app like poweramp will bring it more to life!
