Glue normally is distinguishable from electrolytic fluid. That does look more like glue. Caps dont leak upwards like that...that is also more pointing to a glue technique...same color as other rotels I have seen. You would notice thin lines running away or between parts... You get the same...
easy...put 3808 or westminsters in the wrong room and you need to EQ the room...it has nothing to do with speakers or amps...THE ROOM IS WRONG...just like my room...i EQ my room as i have terrible spikes between 2000-4000hz... please tell me there is someone in this forum that understands this...
