I can get the Beats Solo HD on special on Kalahari at R999...  Are they actually as good as some say?  Or am I better off with the Sennheiser HD202 or HD429?

I haven't pulled the trigger just yet.  I'm still not sure what to do since the HD202s I'm using are really nice and I'm waiting to compare them to my set when my brother gets back

Hi all, I'm itching to replace my current media player for some reason...  It's a Playon HD running on the Mede8er firmware and has a 2TB HDD installed. The first option I'm really keen on is the Apple TV...  I can put my HDD into the PC and add the content to iTunes but will need to convert...

I think I'm going to go with the HD 429.  Has anyone got or used them and can give an opinion?

I'll take a look at the various suggestions :) Regarding the S2, I won't be doing anything with that as I intend on buying a 128GB iPhone 6 in the near future and that will replace the S2...

I'm watching that Sennheiser special :) - R690.  The Harman Kardons are sold out...  I would have probably jumped at those :( I will be using the headphones mostly with a Samsung S2 and maybe sometimes on an iPhone 5S...  That's all.

Hi all, I'm looking at replacing my current headphones - Skullcandy GI - that I bought many years back and would like the best quality possible :). Budget is about R1000 or so max but obviously the cheaper the better :D. I listen to a variety of classic rock, rock, alternative, a bit of metal...

Not sure it makes much sense to save so little if I can just go into a shop and walk out with it immediately IMO...  Others have mentioned much lower pricing in this thread

Samsung music player Google Play Music

Google Play Music does work (sorted by album artist rather than artist - like my iPod) but I don't really like the UI... I'll check the other suggestions above

That's your best bet if you can't find an original replacement...

I'd recommend looking for one with a built-in sim slot rather than the USB dongle option...  It just works better! :)
