If I may ask, where did you get these quotes? The numbers I'm seeing in Cape Town are closer to double this. U-Thermo-6 boards (packs of 10) are going for about R1400 here, direct from Saint-Gobain. That works out to about R64/kg. No stock of the felt rolls right now -- are these cheaper?
