I am still with Leak 60 Transformer , was able to complete, please check snap. Just a thought, if wire would 220 Ohm is available, I can club 2 for 440 Ohm which will be precise instead of 6800Ohm in parallel. It may be cluttered below the chassis, hence need advice.

Thank You F_D. The white resistors are broken physically, I don't think anyone tried to repair the AMP. Transformer must have been removed to perhaps encash Copper from it. Most of the valves were in broken state while base is still in the holder. This must be due to a person not known to value...
