The entire reason I wont consider the brand again... even my receiver that was "fixed" by them came back with a hand written note that they won't fix it again. Cost me a grand in couriers only to have it die again for the same reason... on the same chip.

Installer is coming at 1:30pm to have a look at the battery issue, really was all over the place - seems to be when its in use. A bigger issue for me is I noticed because of this it keeps jumping between power sources, and whether its charging the batteries or not. I read through the battery...

Noticed this morning, the Soc % is fine when the battery isn't being used - or when it's being discharged, but as soon as its receiving power it's all over the place. Jumping 20+% at times.

Fixed with a filter, but will chat to installer on Monday.

Not sure what they're configured as, will try figure it out. I've seen the same fluctuations on the inverter screen itself. I'm assuming that's seperate to solarman?

Can anyone tell me if this sort of battery fluctuation is normal (top)? (I'm not sure how SOC is calculated - the voltage seems more steady)

Question I do have, if the house currently has a draw of 900w, batteries are fully charged - and the power is coming from the panels - do the panels report the full potential production from solar, or does it only report what is being pulled for consumption? (solarman).
