It's a worn belt. If you have basic DIY knowledge you can fix it yourself. Take the lid off and you will see the belt over the motor and drawer pulley. Remove and take it to your local hardware and get an O ring that's slightly smaller than the belt and similar diameter. Job done ! :D

I've used O rings from a hardware store for plenty of small belt replacements. Cheap as chips and most probably the same thing in a branded packet from a supplier at 10 times the price.
