This landed in my parent's system today: It was set up by Genesis - and I can now finally understand what all the fuss is about - and this one is as standard as it gets - would love to hear what difference a Lingo power supply would make. I am glad we are blessed by a Linn guru like Genesis...

Hi kamikazi, My room is not that big - 5.2m x 5.3m - but it did take some effort to get them in the right place to sound just right. I am using a Krell KSA 150 to drive them - it has enough power - but I would not mind having a KSA 250 or FPB300 to drive them  :) Enjoy the MG12s - the Maggie...

Hi Francois, Just get a Mark Levinson No 35 dac - I paid the princely sum of R4 750 for mine - and pair it with a good transport (Theta Basic 2) - total cost R8 750. If I had this combo earlier - I would never have ventured into vinyl. It might be an old dac - and it does not do high res - but...
