The problem is that the mains attempt to go lower than they really can then struggle to keep up with the sub at high levels. So I just want to stop them from even trying. My previous setup had a preamp which fed to a miniDSP that limited the mains to 60hz and allowed the sub to kick in at 100hz...

Hi all, I formatted my Windows 7 pc now it doesn't pick up the Vivere DAC as a USB audio device. I don't even remember installed drivers for the DAC the first time around anyway. Do I need drivers for the DAC or did I miss something while restoring Windows? Thanks, Vuyani
