This is kinda what I used before (and some with LM317, adjustable) .  Is it worthwhile the change/increase the value of the caps, or will it be overkill as an IC is used :thinking:

No Eq or Xover functionality, but the drivers are 2 way coaxial with buit in xover.  The ''wooden'' cab makes for a nice sound (slow :thinking:), would like to compare with popular Brands...

Decided to do a J-pole after reading your thread/link.  Think I'll use copper pipe instead of aluminium as per link. One question:  is the centre wire or braid connected to the longer "pole"  :thinking:
