Hi Just as a comment: I have the R900s in a room about 4mx6m. Most definitely no need for a sub (stereo) and they sound just perfect. I wouldn't swap them for anything. I never get the Black Widow too near 12 on the dial but the sound is so good. I think the R900s rock!

Must agree. I hope they don't keep their (Takealot) policy which has 18 records to choose from, and rather adopt the Kalahari one which had 2,500+ I believe they are loosing business in the transition...

I had the 2M Blue and was happy. Upgraded to the 2M black and was VERY happy. It was better in every aspect. I have since made the move to MC with the Quintet Black. Beyond happy...

To keep the momentum going on this thread I thought I'd add this snippet. I had the MC modules added to my Whisper a couple of months ago. As usual, I am blown away. That will definitely be the full stop in my phono stage. Nowhere worth going after this and I have the MM modules should I ever...
