When the receiver is on, the sub hums. When the receiver is off, the sub doesnt hum. When the RCA is out and sub is on, it doesnt hum

It only hums when i have the RCA cable in. Without input there is no hum. I bought a ground loop isolater from zakspeed, lets see. Was just over R100 so no biggy

Hi guys I have a problem with humming from the subwoofer when its on. I have read up and it sounds like its ground loop issue. Its a Pioneer amp and Boston Sub, i forget the model numbers now, with a 10m coax cable running between. Would something like this help...
