You need to contact the importer - Volco, as there is a inherent fault with this range of receiver's DSP chip. They will replace the digital board FOC as they officially honour these repairs internationally till 2018. It is the same issue as with the Onkyo receivers, they use the same HDMI/DSP...

Hi Mervin, The only guy I use and have never had a 'come-back' is Thanos of Sonic Speaker repair on the corner of Rabie & Malibongwe Roads in Randburg. His re-coiling is many times more reliable/durable than the original. Regards
