No need to apologise, I am deeply frustrated as well. I very calmly lost my !@#$ this morning and hopefully lit some fires, if it's not collected today it shall be less calm. Collected today or tomorrow it'll be delivered to PTA over the weekend, dispatch Monday, overnight to JBG.

Still having troubles collecting the goods from the agent, working on it and have escalated to their head office.

Hi all, sorry I was driving back from the coast and got stuck in the mother of all traffic jams so just got back. Everything is cleared etc and it was arranged to be picked up today but I'm seeing mails back and forth between the various parties asking for documents and nothing actually saying...

Vessel is scheduled to dock this afternoon and will be unloaded over the weekend. Confident of previous estimation of local dispatch first week of Jan. Delivery from there will depend on where you are, these naturally have to go via road freight so might take a few days if you're far away from...

Still hoping for dispatch from PTA first week of Jan, usually overnight to JBG but the size and weight may extend this. Ship's at Durban, awaiting a slot to berth, have contacted to see when that will be.
