Does anyone have any cooking experience with kamado style ceramic braai ovens ? The two that seem to be available are , Big Green Egg and Kamado Joe. They are of a premium price but I'm told the results are very good.

I use the Anova , you use your own pot. If you purchase the Anova make sure that it is the 220 volt and not the 110v. You don't have to use vacuum sealers, just a ziplock bag immersed in water up to the seal, this pushes most of the air out. If it works for you then buy a sealer. Good ones are...

Thanks for your time and advice. To be honest , trying to mod and hack other processors is beyond my limitations. i think the best solution is to find a 568.2 I'm sure it will satisfy my needs and resolve the unreliable G91 Cheers David

Yep, it seems like I'm committed to Meridian equipment. I'll look for a 568.2 to replace. I have recently purchased a 561 from Shamil but it doesn't blow my hair back, it is for another system anyway.

The speakers are effectively digital. They are the amps,dacs and drivers. The inputs are only coaxial and comms.
