Good idea making a chassis design. Finances don't allow for such a piece of kit for me. I always liked a power Amp that had a beefy thick look to it. Plain front chassis leaves space for add-ons like VU meters. Would still be nice to see what you guys come up with

Multiply Ac secondary voltage by 1.414. So in your case 30 x 1.414 = 42.42. Bear in mind our Ac voltage source ain't the most stable source

Used the exact same method shown by Orciah many a times. It works really well and can be filled and smoothed with body filler. Orcish images shows chipboard, but when using mdf it looks slot nice. A few videos on YouTube showing how to flare the pipe using your motchies hairdryer and a bowl...

I used contact glue for the surrounds, not sure of the spider to basket. Maybe contact glue as well? I know for the spider to coil its a special glue

i second sanding sealer, used them on many builds. Quick drying and sands easy. Perfect for sealing edges of mdf
