Not a qualified expert, but as far as my knowledge goes you are correct. You can essentially eliminate this by having one traffic and then a bridge rectifier and caps per channel, but this still doesn?t sort out the grounding issue which I have battled with quite a bit. Dint get me wrong...

The one piece of advice I would give is try all you can to have separate PSUs per channel. Ground Loop noise can be a real nuisance otherwise.

Hey AC. Please check the fuses first if you can? The transformers and capacitance in the power banks of the Leach amps are large enough to cause nuisance blowing every so often, especially after not having been switched on for some time.

Not ?super? in the sense of the double barreled Leach, but it is different from the original in that it does have a proper 2oz double sided Pcb with ground plane and newer on semi mjl4281/4301 output devices.
