    You can’t go simpler than this: iTunes with lossless music from Mac or PC, USB Dac to amp and amp to speakers and you can use any phone as a remote if needed. I switched to iTunes just so much better than Tidal in sound and integration.

    You loose all your bass due to the open space underneath the floor because your floor is not really part of your speakers box extension, you probably have so seal the garage roof with thick layers of plastic film and partition board to trap the bass in your listening area. I have the same...

    And if you move your current speakers more or less in the same position as your sub, how is the bass then ? I have a set of A5’s 15” and there bass is best away from rear and side walls. Then with a wooden floor you are loosing bass energy through the floor like I am and I wont fix a sub speaker...
