Sold the bookshelves I had in there and and brought floor standers back in. As someone mentioned a few posts back the difference with the room treatment is huge. Especially at lower to middle listening levels. I took off the panels too make sure I was not imagining things At higher volumes it...

What an awesome find. One of the things I would love to hear from those with the knowledge, is how do older speakers perform with more modern amps and sources.

To add to the above, my speakers in a HT setup are the 200 series Bentleys and they do seem very like a very easy to drive speaker. My AVR doesnt seem to mind them at all so a proper dedicated amp would probably be in a different league.
