crackling noise

The weird noises happen when I  turn up the volume and or Phase knob - sounds like its a scratching noise like dirt trapped inside the controls?

Not Possible, do anyone know what might be the issue? Agents / Shop in CT that will be able to help??

Hi everyone, I recently purchased a demo KRK12SHO subwoofer. For starters - the Output from the LEFT of the sub to monitor doesn't carry the signal.As an alternative, im looping the signal from the mixer into the monitors, and then to the INPUT of the Subwoofer.seems to work with both channels...
