I had the subs in stereo. But what I found after installing the second sub (608), the bass went alittle funny.  I lost that solid sound and in one spot I had this drone.  It just didn't work. You could hardly tell that I had it connected. I was hoping for it to balance it all out but it...

Ok, so I need some advice. Is there any active subwoofer that does music really well?  Really keen on buying that second hand Velodyne, but considering spending alittle more and getting something unique???? Any advice?

Happened to a mate of mine. All his mates got a message saying they should transfer some cash as he is stuck in customs abroad. Which at the time he was out the country, so it looked legit, but it turned out to be this scam.

Man, that must have been awesome stuff.  I think South African motor racing in the 80's must have been amazing.  The ford's, BMW's, Alfa's even the Opel's.  Lots of cars built just for our racing series.

When I did a big sound install I went for a particular type of sound, I didn't want that boom boom, but more a solid sort of sound. So this definately makes a big difference into what you get and how you set it all up.

I only have the RF-82II's. So I can just imagine the RF-7's, you will need a pretty big room for those

Fair comment. That horn tweeter at times can be a little much, but as a whole I reckon they pretty impressive. I guess it also depends on the music you listen too. What I can say for sure is, they can make the room vibrate.  They can pack a punch.  I have two subs in stereo as well, so the...
