no1 for me , it shows instantly what its all about... a picture is worth a 1000 words... Space the horizontal bars in the valve picture a bit more to aid printing and engraving

I tried that once , forgoing driving my V8's and bought a "normal" honda jazz 1.5  ..I gave it to my wife shortly after and went back to my yank and brit muscle A petrolhead will never be happy with a 1.2l city car..sucks the fun and life out of driving ....

You got the loft , you got the gear..requires a move , thats all...suck it and see. If it works out then do the loft with insulating panels etc add in some room treatment and possibly dsp and away you go if not then take it back to where it was

I have tried zakspeed speaker cabling and cheaper audioquest (type 4?) when messing around with different amps on my current system but I have not done a back to back comparison. I would rather use reasonably good stuff on the system , my silver foils cost me R5k 2nd hand which is not much money...

The only thing I would be concerned about with the Brio and the other models  is that are gutless down here in CT , would be worse in jhb. What about a small bakkie? You get your vat back if its for a business...

After the dog chewed my long silver foil cables , I changed over to a hosepipe thick copper cable from Audioquest..not sure what model it was ... and I felt the sound lacked the airiness of the silvers and changed back , it could have been real or it could have been all in my mind but I feel...

I dont think the recording quality has that much to do with whether you find the music evocative,catchy or to your taste. Its obviously a bonus if recorded and mastered well and played back on a good system, but its not my prerequisite to enjoying it however , I listen to a ton of new music...
