Nevermind, found it. For guys that don't know you can use mkv2vob convertor that will convert your .mkv files without any quality loss.

Hey Enigma, with regards to the internal BD drive, are you outputting the sound via the sound card to the amp or via the gfx card? One solution could be to get the new Asus Xonar sound card which links to you gfx card and sends a single hdmi output to your amp/tv. That will get you internal BD...
