    CD Players

    >:D What is going on here. If you were an " expert" 5 to 10 years ago, and you have not kept up to date with this continuously changing technology, you can never assume or expect anyone to call you an expert today. I really think that "EXPERTS" in today's time, is a short lived title. Some...

    An Interesting Point of View

 If we are going to agree completely with the opening post, then why join a forum? Just enjoy the music then. A Forum is the place where members discuss and debate and argue about certain issues. Unfortunately, you will find a few members with huge egos, the xspurts, (where X is an...

B&O amp and turntable help needed

By the way. That looks like a Beomaster 1400 and very rare. Spray some lubricant on the poetentiometer sliders should loosen it up. The main problem with these are the caps in the power supply. Replace them and you have a beautiful piece of Bang and Olufsen history. They also sound excellent...

Hi Moog. But at least the guys in Joburg don't hog the road at 80kph in a 120kmh zone. >:( I think that also a lot of drivers think that STOP means "SIT TOON OP PETROL". Seriously, we have the most discourteous motorists who do not respect road signs. Most passengers become religeous people...

Hello Brian. A fat chance, me thinks. Those 12 Inch woofers which functions as Dipole Subwoofers were especially chosen by Mr. Bob Carver for it's High Q Factor which compensates for the natural roll off of a dipole. Regards. Shami

Hi FD. I left Motola in 1990 or there abouts. I think I remember Willie, yes. I worked under Ken Rhodes, with my cousin Lutie Adams. They also bought over their branch and called it Racom Systems. I will gladly have a look at your Motorola 2001. It reminds me that I loaned Alcom Systems an HP...
