I've had very good experiences with all my yamaha amps,not a single days problem,just looking for more power and the onkyo's i've heard just sound nicer to me.But that is just personel from a semi- deaf 42 year old.

I was still busy at work(hospital) in town when they started bringing in the injured.The poor lady who got killed was walking together with her husband by her side.Imagine having to watch your loved one killed right next to you?He is absolutely broken.

Also looking at changing from my yamaha 810 to a onkyo.My question is what is the backup from the local onkyo guys like?Maybe those in the trade can comment.Those who had problems ,were you happy with the response you got from onkyo?

Not sure if there is a thread already like this but what AV shops around your area would you recommend.I'm in Cape Town so obviously I'm interrested in CT shops but you can do your area as well.Just put your area and the shops close by you would recommend to others. Cheers SB
