Thanks for the input. I got a little impatient and picked up a Mac Mini yesterday. I connected it via USB to the pre-amp the results are pretty astonishing! 

Hi all, Would anyone have experience with music servers, and more specifically for the Classe CP800? I've been sniffing around a bit on Computeraudiophile.com, and from what i've read i'm leaning towards using a Mac Mini or alternately a Macbook of sorts. Any input on using either of these?

I also work in the area, don't mind checking them out for you...

Maybe now we will have to test aftermarket transmitters and receivers ;) This does look like the future though hey!

Hi all, To any amplifier gurus out there..... - would an amplifier in the States (for arguments sake) run any worse with  their 110v power source than the same amplifier would here in SA at 230v?
