Richard in Somerset West had 2 different Meridian subs that were used with the M33 speakers. He may still have one. Alternatively ask him where they went and ask if they are not for sale. Rodney Gold who had an active Meridian speaker system, used KRK subs. All KRK speakers are actives FAIK.

One does not paint Uthermo even if you could. You cover it with (accoutically transparent material, loose weave fine stretch cloth) material. There are numerous examples on the web. It can look very very good. Each panel is a picture of for eg a mucisian etc.
