I can't say that I've had the opportunity to compare optical to coax, mainly cause I've never had a coax output port available to me.  If I can get the dual output backplate,  I can compare. I don't want you guys to fight over this. It's just a backplate.

Hi guys, Do any of you perhaps know where I can find an SPDIF backplate for a pc? The specific model number for a Gigabyte one is 12CR1-1SPOUT-12 but no matter where I look, it doesn't look lake it's an addon that you can readily buy. Fingers crossed you can help.
