I have an old Emco planer / thicknesser and it works like a charm, only if the blades are sharp, i feel the blades tend to dull a bit quicker with the two blade machine, but then again its dependant on the hardness of the wood as well. spare blades are on the cards but i cant seem to find a...

finally completed them, my friend sprayed them black and inserted the spikes.

It will be complete this weekend, I am a hobbyist woodworker so only have the weekends to work on. he wanted to do the staining himself, so as soon as he is complete i'll post updated pictures.  ;) :D

So a buddy of mine asked me to build hm some replica harbeth stands, heres the progress so far. I am making them from American ash and dowel jointing all the pieces.

Hi Moloels, I dont know, perhaps one of the more experienced guys can answer that. I didnt go for the Yamaha AS 301, I opted for the older Yamaha AX 590 and it doesn't have a sub output.

"UPDATE" So i picked up a new pair of Castle Knight 2's now and purchased a secondhand Yamaha AX 590 amp, I seriously cant wait to go home and set this up. Thanks for the advice to date guys  :Whoohoo:
