    Just saw this now- i posted a bit on the humming guru post. Liquids are used pending the grade. I use stuff sourced and add bits as needed. The most import thing for me is the Ultrasonic can use a mild surfactant if one has a spare tank and a vac. I have 4 different brushes for the vac.

    Cavitation overall is not a longtime solution as we are not dealing with dental instruments or jewellery when when it comes to LP records. As an archivist- the vacuum is the long terms solution with cavitation as an add on. There has been a lot of research around this. Having chatted with folks...

    I,m doing some archival cleans for the industry and now with using both Ultrasonic for cavitation and rinses plus a range of brushes/liquids and the Moth for vac cleaning- the results are steller- but it has been a few years of research and now a lot of tests.
