Can I use car speakers as ceiling mount  speakers? I see there are a few 8 ohm car speakers on the market. Any advise will be helpful, I am moving to a new house and I have braai room and formal lounge that doesn't really have space for speakers, except wallmount or ceiling mount.

Hi-Phibian Thanks for the advise. it died about 2 weeks ago, after a move. I opened it and 1 fuse was blown. I replaced it and it work fine for about a week. Then the one channel just died.  I will have a look agian tonight. Willem
