By going to school and then staying in school. You can't force that if individuals aren't interested and no racist laws can help with that. Despite the extremely low standard of education in public schools under the ANC, students and a great many teachers aren't interested in attending.

Same here. Even though the devices are almost useless when a vehicle is stolen. Few years ago one of our company vehicles was jacked and it was offline within 5 minutes. Our criminals disable them faster than it takes to install.

Only thing "scammy" about them is their discounts. Not unlike Takealot they overinflate the original price and then have the item at a 80% discount. Shein often has the exact same item, at far less of a discount, for cheaper.
