    Motorola GP340 Programming Cable (Wanted)

Hi All, Do some of you know where I can find a Motorola GP340 2-Way Radio Programming cable to PC at a reasonable price? Preferably USB but I suppose RS232 should do as well. Thanks Duppie

    Mede8er: Anything esle?

Agreed, and even higher spec'd than the top of the range Mede8er which costs close to 3 grand, but then again I must say I do not know these products and the support. It is just that Mede8er has become overpriced (locally) according to me and that is the only reason I am not supporting them...

Choosing a TV for music streaming

I had the same issue about ISO over Network with DLNA and after some more reading discovered  >:( that it is a DLNA 1.5 issue and not the players. Why all the fuzz about DLNA et al if it cannot support ISO. I personally think now it is / was just another gimmick added to buy new equipment as was...

    Technics Repairs.

I should have added that I am in the Centurion and East Rand area. I have heard that Technics spares are quite difficult to come by, especially the amp sections on the Heatsink. Thanks

    Technics Repairs.

Hi There, Does anybody know of a reputable repair shop which can fix Technics Amplifiers. I have an old SU-VX500 class AA which really needs some repairs to either the Direct Source switch as well as some noise at certain levels of playback on the right channel only. Just want to know if it...

Boston HD7 Speaker replacement or repairs.

Hi There, Maybe someone could tell me if there are replacement speakers available for my old Boston HD7's which served me very well or if it is even repairable, which I doubt since I think you cannot repair it to be as the original with the same pressure levels etc. Maybe I am wrong? I am in...

    Yamaha RX-V1067 & RX-V2067

@KenMasters Very Very expensive. When I started with this Auto calibration stuff MultiEQ XT was only available on the top models. Now it is available on the midrange units as well and XT32 has taken its place on the top models now. So, just wait 2 to 4 years and all midrange units will have...

    Yamaha RX-V1067 & RX-V2067

@dotVIBE Just for your information. The RX-V2067 and RX-V3067 has the "New" YPAO system. What "New" means, I have no idea. So, maybe in these amps sub eq is supported. But as I said not a big issue. Duppie

    Yamaha RX-V1067 & RX-V2067

Ok. MultiEQ on the Denon did quite a good job for me on the sub, but I suppose it is not a big issue. I'll just dust off my SPL meter and set it up with that. Duppie

    Yamaha RX-V1067 & RX-V2067

Gents, Their is one thing I always forget to ask and I just remembered about it. Audyssey does calibrate the the Subwoofer (it is explained on their website), but apparently YPAO, from what I have read so far, does not calibrate the Subwoofer. I cannot seem to find anything on the net to proof...
