Hi Guys and girls,
I have recently come into posession of a small collection of vinyl, and amongs them, I found a single RCA Victor recording at 16 2/3rmp. It is a late 1960s 'dance' album, "Dance Party A Go-Go"
From what I gathered, the 16 2/3rpm 12" was not very popular, mainly being used for recorder speach type material. South Africa was one of the few places where this had moderate success
Question is, is there any interest in the record and any value?
The vinyl seems to be in very good condition, with no visible scratches or damage, but there does seam to be a couple of finger prints on it. The cover is good. See attached images...
I can not comment on sound quality or how good the records actually is, since I have no 16 2/3rmp capable players...
I placed this here, as it is not technically a 'for sale' post... but MODS, if you feels it should rather be, then please do move it...
regards
Francois
