2002 Mercedes W203 Radio Replacement

I have a  2002 Merc and the radio is now starting to cut out every so often.

I called the local scrap yard and they quoted R1200 for a replacement, which is probably in the same condition as mine.

Any suggestions on getting it replaced with something similar but newer.
