2ohm 4ohm load difference ?

If an amp says
- 2ohms RMS Output: 190 x 2
- 4ohms RMS Output: 125 x 2

Does that mean 2x190w into 2ohm = 2x125w into 4 ohm

Will the output of the 2 same drivers, but one that is 2ohm and one that is 4ohm, be the same?
