3D LED TV - Sony or Samsung?

Time to upgrade my TV. I would like to get your opinion on which brand LED TV you would choose and why. I'm looking at the Sony Bravia KDL47W804 or a Samsung 46F6200. Not willing to spend more than 15K. Any advice or what specific to look at? Thanks guys
