4K media Players, if you wish to play Genuine 4K Bluray content with all menus etc then you can build a media PC using windows 10, have an HDR compatible Graphics card/ chip as part of the build, make sure the motherboard supports all the standards, an i7 (and up) processor for the grunt, install an authorised 4K BluRay drive and run everything with PowerDVD which you pay for (you can use Kodi for library management if you wish and PowerDVD as the renderer) May cost you more though than buying a 4K Bluray player. But for flexibility is difficult to beat. If its just 4K media, no BluRay content then Apple TV or Nvidia Shield
