I have both LG OLED and Hisense U8N, you are right the quality is close and I made this evident in another post. The simple fact is that when I view the Hisense U8N I don't feel like I need to view the same content downstairs in my lounge on the LG OLED. That speaks words for hisense. However put them side by side and the then you will see where the LG OLED shines. U8N is not OLED technology but its up there and at half the price of the LG OLED that is if we are comparing 77inch OLED vs Hisense 75inch U8N. Unfortunately I have not seen a higher end TCL than the C755 we are currently being served in South Africa, the TCL C755(75inch) is no match for the Hisense U8N at least for normal viewing and streaming, I cannot comment about gaming.
