I sometimes read about the 'troubles' car owners experience with different car brands - in or of of guarantee, motorplan or not.
At first glamce, the names Renault, Kia, Hyundai, Tata, Daihatsu, Citroen, Landrover and Jeep seems to be top of the pops with complaints and tales of ripoff practices by their agents.
I obviously haven't got statistics to prove or disprove anything but it seems the car brands not mentioned here are also involved in giving their owners pretty sh!tty after sales service. I'm referring here to VW, Chrysler, Audi, Mercedes Benz, BMW and Honda. Maybe Jaguar as well.
Are there ANY of these car brands which give their owners a fair service deal and firsttime right after sales service?
