Repainting of my listening room starts on Monday. To solve a damp problem on one of the walls I've lifted some paving and cleaned up to the concrete on which the paving was laid. The concrete slopes toward the wall so I need to add a 2nd layer of concrete on top to change the slope so it's away from the wall (the damp is right at a down pipe). Two questions:
- what product should I use to ensure bonding of the two concrete layers (I will score the existing surface.
- I intend mixing Coprox into the 2nd concrete layer. - what product would you recommend I apply to the wall itself to prevent moisture penetration?
